This is the shell pattern from Mosser Glass. Friday Caren, Paul and I visited Wendie Monrroy on Main (by the Mission Inn). Caren and Paul occasionally work there and Caren wanted me to meet Wendie. Wendie is a real sweetheart and her shop is filled with wonderful things! I loved this shell pattern and ordered the bowl and the cake plate. It's a gorgeous opalescent blue color.I can't wait for the pieces to come in!

Hugs, Susan

Wow Susan - that is really elegant. It looks like it came from an old Southern mansion!

That shell pattern will be perfect with your "beachy" theme!
Thanks for the comment you left at the Alamo; you lucky girl; how lucky to meet Arlo Guthrie IN PERSON ~ he's an American legend.

I love that cake plate...I'm a sucker for them. I put everything on them, stack them and use them even in the bath (to put my earrings on...I'm always losing them!) Anyway...quit worrying so much...you'll find that perfect place when the time is right. Hugs! (PS: I love word verification...mine on your blog today is 'pooten'! As in "I ate beans and now I'm pooten"! OK...I'm going now!)

So pretty! It looks like something my grandmother had. It was a strawberry dish.
